An Energizing Green Juice Recipe

Google cannot crawl the images on a website. Google crawls the words on your site. That’s why it’s important (for SEO) to give blog post images captions. You won’t display the captions (to keep things looking clean). I’m only displaying this caption to explain what’s going on here. To hide the image caption, click on the image settings >> DESIGN >> (dropdown) DO NOT DISPLAY CAPTION. Keep your captions fairly concise (a simple sentence or two). Use keywords in the caption. Note: if your article gets shared on Pinterest, a photo from the post will go along with it—so will the caption. The caption will serve as an invitation for Pinterest viewers to click through and read your blog post.

Something has been rocking my world lately.

A while back, I was in a space where I was ready to feel way better, more energized and healthier. Enter: daily green juice.

Over the past several weeks, I’ve been drinking a fresh green juice every single day, and it has made the biggest difference in my energy levels throughout the day. Drinking one green juice per day is an AWESOME (and tasty) way to get all of your veggies in for the day in just one serving.

Green juice is amazing for boosting your immune system, detoxifying your whole system, and for keeping your body clean, healthy, and happy! Green juice also results in healthy, glowing skin (due to it being rich in antioxidants, including vitamins C and E), thicker hair and nails (thanks to the plentiful amount of amino acids in each juice), and of course, improved energy levels.

This is the recipe I use – it’s a recipe by Joe Cross, a well-known wellness expert.

Green Juice Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cucumber

  • 4 celery stalks

  • 2 green apples

  • 8 kale (Tuscan cabbage) leaves with stalks

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 inch piece of ginger

DIRECTIONS:

1.     Wash all produce well.

2.     Peel the lemon and core apple.

3.     Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!

Servings: Makes 1 serving, 16 oz.

Enjoy and be well!
