Wild Blueberry Smoothie Recipe


Nutrition has played such an important role in my healing journey.

This is the smoothie that I have most days for lunch – it’s so delicious while at the same time being full of essential vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals that nourish you from the inside out.


- 1 cup frozen spinach
– 1 cup frozen kale
– 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
– 6 oz. almond milk
– 1 tbsp. chia seeds
– 1 scoop vegan vanilla (or chocolate) protein powder – I use the one from the brand “22 Days”

Drink up and enjoy!
